If the 8D shaver head attachment fails under normal use within 60 calendar days of purchase, we may provide a replacement shaver head at no charge (if approved).
Coverage applies to manufacturing defects or functional failure of the 8D shaver head attachment.
Not covered: normal wear (gradual dulling), cosmetic damage, misuse/accidents, improper cleaning, modifications, or non-QuickShaver parts.
One replacement per issue; non-transferable; we may decline claims showing abuse or fraud.
Service area: contiguous U.S. only.
Proof required: Order ID from your purchase receipt and clear photos (or short video) showing the issue.
