SHIPPING POLICY

This policy covers orders placed on the Quick Shaver Support Store (replacement shaver heads, attachments, travel cases, and lotion kits). If you purchased on Amazon, shipping and returns are handled by Amazon under their policies.

Where we ship

  • United States (contiguous 48 states) only.

  • We currently do not ship to AK, HI, PR, or international addresses.

  • Orders can be delivered to residential, business, or PO Box addresses within our service area.

Carrier & service

  • All orders ship direct to consumer via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground.

  • Typical transit time after dispatch: 2–6 business days, depending on destination ZIP.

Processing times

  • Order cutoff: 1:00 PM Eastern on business days.

    • Orders placed before the cutoff usually ship the same day.

    • Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking.

Order changes & address corrections

  • Need to change or cancel? Contact us immediately at support@quickshaver.com with your order number.

  • We can modify or cancel an order until it is handed to the shipping carrier. After that, we cannot reroute packages.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship to a corrected address; additional postage may apply.

Lost, delayed, or stolen packages

  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but you don’t have the package, first check with household members and neighbors and wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes mark delivered early).

  • Still missing after 24 hours? Email help.quickshaver@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll help open a service request with the shipping carrier.

  • Packages confirmed delivered to the address provided are treated as delivered; theft after delivery isn’t covered, but we’ll work with you on reasonable solutions.

Damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Keep the packaging and items.

  2. Email support@quickshaver.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage (outer box + items).

  3. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund per our Return & Refund Policy.

Split shipments

To get items to you faster, we may ship your order in multiple packages at no extra cost. You’ll receive tracking for each package.

VIP Club gifts

Approved VIP gifts are shipped USPS Ground Advantage at no charge within our service area. Gifts are not returnable; if a gift arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days for a replacement.

Holidays & weather

Carrier holidays, severe weather, or extraordinary volumes may add 1–3 business days. We’ll post any widespread delays on our Support Hub.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to love your Quick Shaver gear. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work depending on where you purchased.

If you bought on Amazon

For items purchased on Amazon, please use Amazon’s return tools and policies. Start your return from your Amazon order history.
Why? Amazon requires that returns for Amazon orders are handled on Amazon.

If you bought from the Quick Shaver Support Store

(Replacement shaver heads, attachments, travel cases, lotion kits)

Return window: 30 calendar days from the purchase date.
No restocking fees.

Eligibility & Condition

  • Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging.

  • Hygiene/consumables:

    • Pre-Shave Oil: non-returnable once opened.

    • Lotion Kits: returnable only if sealed/unopened.

    • Replacement Shaver Heads/attachments: returnable only if unopened/unused (unless defective—see §4).

  • Travel Cases: returnable if unused and undamaged.

How to start a return

  1. Submit the [Return Request Form] with your order number and reason.

  2. Pack items securely. Use a trackable service; we are not responsible for non-trackable returns that don’t arrive.

Refund timing

  • We issue a refund to your original payment method within 1–3 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.

  • Your bank/card may take 3–10 business days to post the credit.

Orders we shipped wrong or damaged in transit

If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, contact [Support Hub] within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll replace it at our cost, including shipping.

Defective items & the Quick Shaver 60-Day Guarantee (separate from returns)

  • Proof of purchase (Amazon order ID or Quick Shaver order number) is required.

  • We may request photos/videos and, in rare cases, return of the defective part for testing.

VIP Club gifts

VIP Club gifts (e.g., free travel case) are not returnable for refund. If your gift arrived damaged, contact [Support Hub] within 14 days of delivery for a replacement.

SHAVER HEAD 60-DAY GUARANTEE POLICY

We stand behind the quality of our shaver heads. If your shaver head fails under normal use within 60 days of purchase, we’ll replace it at no charge under the following terms:

What’s covered

  • Manufacturing defects or functional failure of the 8D shaver head (including the head included with your kit or a replacement head purchased from us).

  • Normal outbound shipping of the approved replacement to a U.S. address.

What’s not covered

  • Normal wear (e.g., gradual dulling), cosmetic scratches, or damage from misuse, accident, modification, improper cleaning, or non-QuickShaver parts.

  • We do not guarantee any QuickShaver part or component EXCEPT the 8D Shaver Head attachment.

  • Loss or theft.

  • Orders outside our service area (contiguous U.S.).

Eligibility window

  • 60 calendar days from the original purchase date on your receipt.

Proof required

  • One of the following:

    • Amazon Order ID (format: 123-1234567-1234567), or

    • QuickShaver order number (for purchases on our Support Store).

    • Photos (and optional short video) clearly showing the issue.

How to file a claim

  1. Go to the Guarantee Claim page on our Support Hub.

  2. Enter your contact info, Amazon Order ID or QuickShaver order number.

  3. Upload required photos (and optional video).

  4. Submit the form.

We typically review claims within 1–2 business days. We may request additional details or, in rare cases, ask you to return the defective head for inspection.

What we do when approved

  • We ship a replacement shaver head at no charge via USPS Ground Advantage to your U.S. address.

  • We currently do not ship to AK, HI, PR, or international addresses.

  • All orders ship direct to consumer via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground.

  • Typical transit time after dispatch: 2–6 business days, depending on destination ZIP.

Processing times

Damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Keep the packaging and items.

  2. Email support@quickshaver.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage (outer box + items).

  3. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund per our Return & Refund Policy.

Split shipments

To get items to you faster, we may ship your order in multiple packages at no extra cost. You’ll receive tracking for each package.

VIP Club gifts

Approved VIP gifts are shipped USPS Ground Advantage at no charge within our service area. Gifts are not returnable; if a gift arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days for a replacement.

Holidays & weather

Carrier holidays, severe weather, or extraordinary volumes may add 1–3 business days. We’ll post any widespread delays on our Support Hub.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to love your Quick Shaver gear. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work depending on where you purchased.

If you bought on Amazon

For items purchased on Amazon, please use Amazon’s return tools and policies. Start your return from your Amazon order history.
Why? Amazon requires that returns for Amazon orders are handled on Amazon.

  • Having problems after Amazon's return window? Use our [Guarantee Claim] (60-day product guarantee) instead of a return. We'll take care of you.

If you bought from the Quick Shaver Support Store

(Replacement shaver heads, attachments, travel cases, lotion kits)

Return window: 30 calendar days from the purchase date.
No restocking fees.

Eligibility & Condition

  • Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging.

  • Hygiene/consumables:

    • Pre-Shave Oil: non-returnable once opened.

    • Lotion Kits: returnable only if sealed/unopened.

    • Replacement Shaver Heads/attachments: returnable only if unopened/unused (unless defective—see §4).

  • Travel Cases: returnable if unused and undamaged.

How to start a return

  1. Submit the [Return Request Form] with your order number and reason.

  2. Pack items securely. Use a trackable service; we are not responsible for non-trackable returns that don’t arrive.

Refund timing

  • We issue a refund to your original payment method within 1–3 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.

  • Your bank/card may take 3–10 business days to post the credit.

Orders we shipped wrong or damaged in transit

If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, contact [Support Hub] within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll replace it at our cost, including shipping.

Defective items & the Quick Shaver 60-Day Guarantee (separate from returns)

  • Proof of purchase (Amazon order ID or Quick Shaver order number) is required.

  • We may request photos/videos and, in rare cases, return of the defective part for testing.

VIP Club gifts

VIP Club gifts (e.g., free travel case) are not returnable for refund. If your gift arrived damaged, contact [Support Hub] within 14 days of delivery for a replacement.

Non-returnable items (summary)

  • Opened Pre-Shave Oil

  • Opened/used lotion kits

  • Opened/used replacement shaver heads/attachments (unless defective under §4)

SHAVER HEAD 60-DAY GUARANTEE POLICY

We stand behind the quality of our shaver heads. If your shaver head fails under normal use within 60 days of purchase, we’ll replace it at no charge under the following terms:

What’s covered

  • Manufacturing defects or functional failure of the 8D shaver head (including the head included with your kit or a replacement head purchased from us).

  • Normal outbound shipping of the approved replacement to a U.S. address.

What’s not covered

  • Normal wear (e.g., gradual dulling), cosmetic scratches, or damage from misuse, accident, modification, improper cleaning, or non-QuickShaver parts.

  • We do not guarantee any QuickShaver part or component EXCEPT the 8D Shaver Head attachment.

  • Loss or theft.

  • Orders outside our service area (contiguous U.S.).

Eligibility window

  • 60 calendar days from the original purchase date on your receipt.

Proof required

  • One of the following:

    • Amazon Order ID (format: 123-1234567-1234567), or

    • QuickShaver order number (for purchases on our Support Store).

    • Photos (and optional short video) clearly showing the issue.

How to file a claim

  1. Go to the Guarantee Claim page on our Support Hub.

  2. Enter your contact info, Amazon Order ID or QuickShaver order number.

  3. Upload required photos (and optional video).

  4. Submit the form.

We typically review claims within 1–2 business days. We may request additional details or, in rare cases, ask you to return the defective head for inspection.

What we do when approved

  • We ship a replacement shaver head at no charge via USPS Ground Advantage to your U.S. address.

  • If the exact item is unavailable, we’ll ship the most comparable replacement head as soon as it’s back in stock.

Relation to returns & Amazon

  • Amazon purchases: if you want a return or refund, please use Amazon’s return tools and policies. This 60-day guarantee is for defect replacement only.

  • Website purchases: our separate Return Policy applies to returns/refunds. The guarantee does not replace or extend that policy.

Important notes

  • The guarantee is limited to the shaver head component and is not a general satisfaction guarantee.

  • One replacement per product issue; non-transferable; we may decline claims that show signs of abuse or fraud.

  • This guarantee gives you specific rights; it does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.

VIP CLUB POLICY

1. What the QuickShaver VIP Club is

The QuickShaver VIP Club is an optional membership program for customers who want:

  • Product care tips and how-to content

  • Early notice about new accessories and shaver head updates

  • Occasional members-only updates and offers

Joining the VIP Club is completely optional and is not required to use or enjoy your QuickShaver products.

2. Eligibility

  • Must provide a valid email address and a U.S. shipping address.

  • One VIP membership per person.

  • One thank-you item per household, subject to verification and availability.

We may ask for basic purchase details (such as an order ID or lot/batch number) to help verify eligibility and prevent abuse.

3. Thank-You Item

From time to time, we may send a complimentary thank-you item to new or existing VIP members.

  • The thank-you item is a one-time, complimentary accessory provided at no charge as a way of saying “thank you” for joining the VIP Club.

  • One thank-you item per household, while supplies last.

  • The thank-you item has no cash value and is not redeemable for money, credit, or any other products or services.

  • The specific item offered and its availability may change at any time.

Receiving a thank-you item is not conditioned on providing any public feedback, rating, or other endorsement.

4. What the VIP Club Will Not Do

  • We will not require you to post feedback or any kind of public statement in order to join the VIP Club or to receive a thank-you item.

  • Participation in the VIP Club does not affect your ability to contact customer support or to file guarantee or return requests.

5. Communications

By joining the VIP Club, you agree that we may:

  • Email you VIP Club information (such as tips, product updates, and occasional offers).

  • Email you about the processing and shipment of any thank-you item.

You can unsubscribe from promotional VIP emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails. You will still receive essential service messages related to any active orders, claims, or shipments where required.

6. Relationship to Purchases, Guarantees, and Returns

  • The VIP Club is separate from your purchase, any product guarantees, and any return or refund rights.

  • Joining or not joining the VIP Club does not change your eligibility under the QuickShaver 60-Day Shaver Head Guarantee or under our Return & Refund Policy.

  • If you have a product issue, please use the appropriate Guarantee Claim or Returns form on the Support Hub or reach out to us on our website live chat.

7. Program Changes, Suspension, or End

QuickShaver may:

  • Change the VIP Club benefits, eligibility rules, or thank-you item details;

  • Pause, limit, or end the VIP Club;

  • Decline or cancel a membership or thank-you item shipment in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or policy violations.

Any material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

8. Data & Privacy

We use the information you provide (such as name, email, and shipping address) to:

  • Operate the VIP Club

  • Verify eligibility and prevent abuse

  • Send VIP communications and any applicable thank-you item

We handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy for details about how your information is stored, shared, and retained.

9. Independence from Online Marketplaces

The QuickShaver VIP Club is operated by QuickShaver and is independent of any online marketplace. It is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any third-party marketplace.

Amazon Orders Disclaimer

Quick Shaver LLC sells products both through Amazon and through our own channels. To comply with Amazon’s policies and to protect your purchase, we handle Amazon and non-Amazon orders differently.

1. Amazon purchases — returns and order changes

If you bought your Quick Shaver product on Amazon:

  • All returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges must be handled through Amazon’s own systems and policies.

  • We cannot create, approve, or process returns, refunds, or replacements for Amazon orders on this website.

  • We cannot change, reroute, or cancel Amazon orders.

To request a return, refund, or exchange for an Amazon order, please sign in to your Amazon account and use the options in Your Orders.

2. What we can help with for Amazon orders

For Amazon purchases, Quick Shaver LLC can:

  • Help you understand how to use your product (tips, care, troubleshooting).

  • Help you access product manuals and documentation.

  • Help you submit a claim under our Shaver Head 60-Day Guarantee, where eligible.

  • Answer general questions about product features, compatibility, and accessories.

3. Website purchases (non-Amazon orders)

If you purchased from a Quick Shaver website or support store (not Amazon), our own Return & Refund PolicyShipping Policy, and other site policies apply. Those returns and refunds may be processed through this website and our payment providers, subject to the terms on the relevant policy pages.
